The staff were nice and so was the food, but the room was terrible and noisy. We asked to move during the post-season, when the hotel didn't have many people, and they didn't even seem to bother. The website didn't say that the spa cost extra. There are better hotels at this price.

The location is the only good thing, and even that isn't especially great. The pool was filthy, the bedding wasn't clean, and the air-con didn't work. You could hear through the paper-thin walls, and breakfast was awful. The place is completely outdated and nowhere near 4 stars, more like it should be downgraded to 2. A total rip-off for what you get. I would NOT recommend it.

We booked three nights in June 2025 with half board and ended up staying five. Dinner was great, with lots of choice, and the reception, restaurant, and bar staff were all so nice and efficient, including the manager. Breakfast had plenty to choose from too, including omelettes cooked fresh if you want one. The bacon and beans were a bit cold, our only food complaint. Inside, the hotel felt plush and posh, with a pleasant atmosphere. The pool is on the smallish side but fine, and the room AC worked great, which was essential in the heatwave. We would definitely go back. It was a lovely hotel base and helped a lot when everything felt like a struggle in the heat. The area is odd in some ways, but that's S Arenal. We found a lovely quiet covey beach to the left of the main beach, and a pint at the beach bar was €3.80. Mostly German guests, though Majorca seemed much the same. M and G

The location was perfect, near the bus station, Mercadona, and the beach. I really enjoyed the delicious dinners, especially the fish and seafood, and I'm thankful to everyone working at the hotel. It's amazing.

We paid 110 euro per night and felt it was worth the money. It's not a high-end hotel, but it offers great value. The rooms and bathroom were clean and good, towels were changed and the room cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and could speak English. Breakfast was good value too. The building is old, though well maintained, and the pool is average. The area is mainly for partying, with nothing fancy around; you have to go to palma for the nicer things. The location is good, near both the beach and a bus stop.
