I came during the off season and found the atmosphere especially peaceful. The hotel sits in a local public square beside an inlet that rises and falls with the tide. People walk their dogs there, and children play and socialize respectfully. I enjoyed getting a feel for the soul of this small community, wandering around to find hidden little places as well as small grocery shops and a shop that seemed to have everything, from sewing kits and warm clothes to crafts, knick-knacks, and batteries. I meant to stay three nights, then extended it to eight. My room was extraordinary, very clean, larger than most I've found in Spain, and had a really comfortable bed. Imma and her husband do a wonderful job making guests feel welcome and at ease. The staff went out of their way to accommodate people and make the stay memorable. I'd definitely recommend including this hotel in a Northern Spain trip.

We used the hotel's own website to book instead of a cheap booking site, and asked for a river view. We got an excellent room with its own kitchen and river views in both directions. The extra cost was well worth it.

Our apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, which made things more comfortable, and the peaceful location came with beautiful views. The cleaning team deserves a special mention because the place was spotless. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout our family stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

We came as a group, and everything was top notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the meals delicious, and the staff's hospitality went above and beyond. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Plentzia.

The river views are great, and the location is hard to beat, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Our room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff welcoming and friendly to international guests. I'm looking forward to returning.
