We had a lovely lunch and really enjoyed the good, typical Asturiana food. I’d recommend it.

The grilled langostinos were superb, and all the food was excellent. We found the place a ten-minute walk down the back road from our Pension while on the Camino San Salvador. It was well worth the walk, with a cozy, informal feel and friendly, attentive service. Our most memorable meal of the Camino.

The menu del día was incredibly generous, and everything was homemade. We stopped in Campomanes on our way from Asturias to Leon and could see why this place is popular even though it’s off the beaten track. What a great find. We’ll be back.

A classic spot on the old road, with people coming from miles around to stay. The food is good, prices are fair, and everything is clean and tidy. Perfect.
