Hotel Capri

The best part of The Capri is its central location, ideal for exploring both day and night. We hired a car and found free parking just a five minute walk away. It was our first time in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised by its beauty and all the shops, bars and restaurants. We’d just come back from a week’s stay, and the hotel was very nice. Our front room had a balcony and incredible bay views. The rooms could use a little love, but ours was clean and comfortable. Having two single beds in a double room was a bit annoying, though not a huge deal. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Small, friendly and relaxed, with a location that feels five star even though the hotel is only three. The breakfasts are superb, and guests get a 10% discount at the beachside bar and restaurant. With a sea view room, you can’t go wrong: free beach towels let you cross the boardwalk for a swim, then dry off just a few metres from the bar.

The location is hard to beat, and the views are spectacular. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which made for a lovely meal in an elegant setting. Breakfast is complimentary, with a generous but refined spread that set us up well for the day. Every detail, from the service to the amenities, felt thoughtfully handled. It’s one of the best-managed hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.
