Hotel Desbrull - Turismo de interior

The breakfast was a lovely treat each morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean. It’s a small hotel in the center of Pollensa, just outside the square but close to everything. Highly recommended.

In Nov. 2025, we had a bad experience. There was a big festival in Pollenca, with bands playing directly beneath the hotel rooms until 1 am. I wasn’t warned, and needless to say, I didn’t sleep well. The owner lives in another part of Mallorca and seemed to have no idea what was happening in Pollenca. When the temperature dropped at night and I got cold, there was no help available after 3 pm. He was also poor at replying to emails, texts, and phone calls.

The hotel has nice rooms and a good breakfast, and I’d recommend staying here. Service is handled only through WhatsApp, with an entirely automated check-in and checkout. Our room faced a side street that was surprisingly busy, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. Still, it’s a good place to stay.

The NOS Bar at Hotel Desbrull opened this month, while the hotel itself was already here. We stopped for breakfast. It’s lovely to sit outside when the sun is out, though it can feel a bit close to traffic. The waiter was really nice. When he noticed my piece of bread was small, he brought me another one.
