The village has three little bays, plus shops, bars, places to eat and walking routes. Buses are easy to use, just tap on and off, and Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are worth visiting. For an autumn break, the TUI half-board deal was £500 each, and I’d say it’s worth a visit. Having a kettle and fridge in the room was handy. The transfer from Palma airport took longer than the flight in. Reception were very friendly, and our room had a stunning sea view, but it smelled damp. On our last night, rain came in and soaked the curtains, which explained the smell. The dining room floor was very slippery, and breakfast had a long queue for two slow coffee machines. The food was okay, though the dessert selection was poor and often nearly gone.

We’d stay here again, and we loved seeing the goats come down in the evening. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with the sea view we’d requested, and the food was tremendous with lots of choice on the all-inclusive plan. Drink options were limited, but there was still some variety. The check-in information could have been more detailed. There was a QR code with the details, but it didn’t have the personal touch we wanted, and we had to figure out a lot for ourselves. The entertainment room lacked atmosphere and had poor views of the stage from some seats. Some of the acts weren’t great either. Maybe they could use the outdoor space. In the end, we went to Molins hotel for better shows. Still, we had a great four-night stay. Thank you.

The room was decent, apart from a metal pillar in the middle, and the location by two small beaches is nice, with good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was awful. It smelled of deep-fryer oil everywhere, and the greasy floors were slippery. The food was so bad that, despite paying for half board for the week, I didn’t eat there once. The kitchen staff were rude, especially the Spanish man at the egg station, though reception staff were nice. There’s no parking or bike storage, and you have to pay for the room safe and even for a pool towel change. The elevator kept trapping us inside and was clearly faulty.

The sea view was fantastic and would be lovely for a romantic trip. The hotel is in the peaceful north, which I think is the best area to stay, and prices are reasonable. We also found free parking nearby, something I hadn’t come across in years of travelling in Europe. The hotel has a good range of fun, tasty cocktails. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and there was enough space to relax indoors or outside. I was very satisfied with the stay. My only reservations were the housekeeping and the deposits required for things like towels and ironing, which made me a little uncomfortable.
