Hoposa Cultural Boutique

I stayed for a weekend, and the team were friendly, helpful and really relaxed. The receptionist at check-in was funny and easy to talk to, and the bar staff were fun and happy to help. The place overlooks the square and the interior is gorgeous. My room was nice, service was top notch, and every drink came perfectly made with a playful smile. This was the best part of my weekend. I’d definitely come back if I’m visiting that part of the world again. Can’t say enough good things, highly recommend. Thanks again, team!

The bed was huge and comfortable, and I slept really well. The air conditioning worked properly, and having a fridge was useful. The bathrooms look lovely, with spot-on 1930s details, quality fittings and strong water pressure. I could have used a couple more glass shelves for toiletries and some extra hooks on the doors. The bar and restaurant service was exemplary, and breakfast, lunch and drinks were just as good. Breakfast is à la carte. There are plenty of places to sit, including a lovely terrace overlooking the square, and thoughtful design details throughout. Sound carries through the plumbing, though. I could clearly hear the person next door showering, and the rooftop terrace plant above room 211 was very loud. We asked reception to move us after arriving, and they did so without any fuss.

The team were lovely and very accommodating, and the housekeeping staff deserve a mention for keeping our room immaculate every day. The Cultural sits right on a square with a beautiful church and mountains behind it. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beachfront, with good restaurants nearby. A perfect boutique hotel in a fantastic spot.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the rooftop pool and its amazing views. The hotel is on the market square, which gets lively in the evenings and is a nice place to sit and watch people go by. We also found the weekly market really interesting. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is a short walk away, with plenty of lovely restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay at Hoposa Cultural Boutique and would happily recommend it.
