The view takes in both Alcudia and Pollenca town, and the outdoor area is lovely. The pool is positioned so you can keep an eye on it while cooking or eating. Our family had a great holiday here. The interior is very dated, and the kitchen could do with an update. The fridge was broken, which made storing food and drinks difficult for our group. Some basics were missing, including decent knives, and the cooker could be replaced too. The beds were pretty basic rather than luxurious.

The outdoor setup was what we used most: the seating, loungers, pool, jacuzzi, and tables were in constant rotation. The house is spacious, with good-sized rooms, so a group doesn't have to crowd together. We barely used the dining table or sitting room. The beds are singles pushed together. One bedroom's AC wasn't working, but we managed, and the host was quick to respond whenever something came up. The jacuzzi was a bit dirty when we arrived. I'd suggest cleaning the filter and changing the water before guests arrive and midway through a longer stay. We were there for two weeks. I still used it, but by our last night it had a noticeable smell. We all showered before using it to help keep it clean during our stay. It was a gorgeous holiday in a convenient location for exploring, and the drive from Palma airport was straightforward, about 40 minutes on a straight road. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to return.
