Mon Boutique Hotel

We had a week here with our one-year-old and would definitely recommend it. Our king-size room had room for all three of us, including his crib and pram. The hotel was lovely, immaculately kept, and the staff were great and very sweet with our little one. Breakfast was good, though a little simple, with fresh produce and good ingredients. The bright dining room was really comfortable. The location on Pollenca's central square is great, and we could always find free parking a six-minute walk away. The small rooftop pool was a big plus for cooling down on a couple of hot afternoons.

The staff made this stay especially memorable. When I got stuck checking in for my flight home, the gentleman at the front desk patiently helped me call the airline and translate what was being said. It turned into a long, frustrating process, and his kindness and professionalism meant a lot. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable, tucked into a charming little square with shops and restaurants just steps away. The nearby bus stop made getting to the beach easy. Our room was thoughtfully designed, with excellent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a happy surprise too: a much wider selection than expected, and it was all delicious. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Majorca.

The complimentary breakfast looked nicely prepared at first, but up close there were fruit flies all over the melon slices, and even inside the juice bottle. The melon had black seeds, which is what made me look closer. I didn't take a photo right away, and there were many more flies than in the photo I later took. I asked the staff to come see, but they didn't seem surprised and said there was nothing they could do. I can't imagine how many were in the kitchen. If you stay here, you may want to avoid the dining room.

A beautiful interior and central location, with very helpful staff and a really tasty breakfast. We also appreciated the large bicycle storage area, which is handy for rides around Mallorca. Our stay was amazing, and I highly recommend it.
