Javier made sure our wedding and everyone’s stay were memorable, from working around our “American” timelines, including the sunset (hahaha), to giving us the best customer service. My friends and family all knew his name when they left and had lovely things to say about him. The Monastery was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff made the whole stay relaxing. They hosted a lot of Americans alongside the Spaniards with ease. My husband and I had the most amazing wedding and stay there. Thank you all so much for giving us the best day and wedding we could have asked for. I can’t wait to visit every year to say Hola and thank you again. With Love, the Sieiros (Ivan and Veronica)
