Verdura Suites ArchSense Apartments

We left the apartment because it wasn’t fit for a stay with my two young children. Water was leaking through the bathroom ceiling and onto the floor, and it dripped from the light fixture onto me while I was in there. The water damage was extensive, and the bathroom and bedroom smelled awful. The owner said the next day that it had been fixed, but I don’t see how that could have happened so quickly, and the smell would take days or even weeks to clear. He offered a refund, then changed his mind and refused to return the money, saying we should come back the night after we left. The place wasn’t as advertised. I’d never rent it again or recommend a property from this owner.

Praza Verdura is right across from this excellent apartment in Pontevedra’s beautiful historic center. There are loads of great restaurants nearby.

The apartment is large, comfortable, and has all the amenities. It’s well cared for, with furnishings the owner, Alejandro, clearly takes pride in. He was very responsive and helpful in his messages. The central location is excellent, with lots of cafes and places to eat close by.

Everything was spotless, the decor was thoughtful, and the apartment had what we needed to feel at home. It’s bright and spacious, with large windows bringing in lots of light. You’re right in Pontevedra’s historic center, with restaurants, shops, and charming squares all an easy walk away. I had a fantastic few days and highly recommend it.
