There was no air conditioning in the bedroom.

The service was careless, and one waiter rushed around so much that he spilled sauce on us without really acknowledging it. The meal was poor value too: we chose the half menu for one course, but it was €28 compared with €32 for the full menu. That meant €28 for a salad, and nobody had explained the pricing in advance. Drinks weren't included, so the soft drink cost extra as well. Very disappointing. We wouldn't go back. I'm only reviewing the restaurant.

We waited 40 minutes for four lattes, and they came cold, so we had to ask for them to be reheated. Then it was another half hour for two hot sandwiches and one cold one, which were cold when they arrived too. The meat was cold and the cheese slices were just sitting on top, so we asked a waiter if he could heat them. He rudely told us to leave him alone and talk to the manager. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so that didn't make sense. Worst experience I've had. I don't recommend it, and we won't return.

After 45 minutes, our two hamburgers finally arrived, one in a bun and one served on a plate. The coordination was poor, and the service seemed half-hearted. The bun was hard, dry, and stale. We complained, but still had to wait. Once we'd paid, I explained all this to the manager. He said he wouldn't pay the chef, which didn't help us at all. Maybe that wasn't the best response. The worst thing I've seen in 50 years. We're not coming back.
