Son Mercadal

Son Mercadal has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear a lot of care has gone into the place. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and beautiful, just right for relaxing. Our room was roomy, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with an authentic charm. Everything was well maintained and full of character. I really enjoyed staying there and would definitely return. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless. The host welcomed us, shared stories, and made us feel at home straight away. Son Mercadal has a beautiful, peaceful charm to it, almost like a fairytale. We’ll definitely come back! 🏡✨🌿💛

We were disappointed with Room 7. We booked a Classic Room with garden view and terrace for two nights, but the room we got felt more like a basement than a standard hotel room. It was dark and damp, with poor ventilation, no proper windows, no natural light, and no terrace. The garden and exterior are lovely, which made the room even more of a letdown. Maybe the other rooms are better, but we weren't offered another one, and this didn't feel like a 4-star experience. The door wouldn't close properly unless we locked it, and the key was extremely hard to use even after someone showed us how. There was no mobile signal or working Wi-Fi in the room, and no terrace as suggested by the room description. After showering, we had to sit in our car to get online and FaceTime our family. The basic amenities were lacking too: no shampoo, only shower gel. We would have asked for some, but reception was closed. We raised the room issue with the receptionist on our first day and asked to change rooms. She doesn't speak English, so we had to use a translator. She said she'd check availability the next day, but never followed up or addressed it again. The towels were also stiff and worn, clearly overused. Our stay in Room 7 was simply unacceptable.

Such a lovely, pretty place, and the host is super friendly. Highly recommended!
