The food was nice and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast had a rich selection and worked very well for vegans. The location is great, though the spa felt a bit too cold. There is a free electric vehicle charger, as is usual on Mallorca, but it was often blocked by some unusual petrol vehicle.

Everything about the stay was excellent, from the service and comfort to the warm welcome from the hotel management and staff. It’s definitely somewhere you’d want to return to again and again. Warm wishes and thanks for such a memorable stay! Mark&Angelika

In March my wife and I stayed for four nights, while around two-thirds of the hotel was being refurbished and painted. We hadn’t been warned beforehand. Workers were in the lobby bar area every day polishing or applying a top surface to the tiles with machinery, which made the lobby and bar very difficult to use at times. The pool bar was closed, and the outdoor pools were full of leaves and debris and weren’t cleaned once during our stay. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear everything in the next room, even a tap running. At checkout I was told we owed 62 euros for tourist tax and other charges. We expected the tax, but had paid for everything else by card or cash during the stay. The receptionist came back with an invoice listing several glasses of cava. When I questioned that, he just said the bill was now 6 euros 50. On checkout day, my wife took her purse out of the safe and left it on the bed. We realized it was still there after landing in the UK. We called as soon as we could and were told to call again the next day. When we did, we were told to call back later. Eventually they said housekeeping had checked and the purse wasn’t there. I politely explained it had been on the bed when we left the room, and had been in the safe for the rest of our stay. I was firmly told it wasn’t there, and that they had my contact details if it turned up. Absolutely shocking customer service. We know the purse was there when we left and shut the door. I’d never return or recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the refurbishment has added walk-in rain showers and very comfortable beds. I’ve returned after several years and would recommend the hotel, including for its location. One annoyance: housekeeping sometimes left the room lights on after cleaning. On the first day I thought someone was inside. The hotel also automatically turns on the balcony lights until midnight, with no way to switch them off. Both habits waste energy.
