Barefoot Hotel Mallorca

The staff surprised me with fizz and sweets for my birthday, such a thoughtful gesture. The service was superb, and the food and drinks were great. It's a ten-minute stroll to the gorgeous beach. The construction, layout, furnishings, bed linen, colors, and decor were all beautiful and comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful, especially Andrea, who gave outstanding service. Reception were professional and accommodating throughout. I celebrated my birthday here and was impressed by the experience. Thanks to the whole team for making it special. Barefoot restaurant should be on every guest's list. The setting is gorgeous and the food superb. The hotel is also just around the corner from Portocolom's row of nice restaurants, and about five minutes from a supermarket. It's a fantastic hotel in a lovely, low-key resort on Mallorca's southeast coast. The pool area has loungers and cabanas, and staff serve food and drinks throughout the day. The pool bar lunch menu has all the usual holiday favorites. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable super king bed and a balcony overlooking the pool that got sun all day. The pool area was great, and we couldn't really have asked for more.

The hotel is tucked into a posh, wealthy part of the island, but there's still plenty nearby. The location works well for historic places and other beaches, and the hotel deserves praise for its amenities, food, and staff. Adrian at the front desk was great, as was the restaurant manager, whose name I can't remember. Breakfast was amazing, with a good range of breads, cold cuts, mimosas, and juices. I had a premier room overlooking the street and waterfront, and the pool is a luxury little hideaway behind the breakfast area. It was still an enjoyable trip even though most things are closed in winter. I'd hope to return in summer.
