The staff are what really make this hotel stand out. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful that our planned short break turned into a whole week. We’ll definitely come back. The peaceful location and nice rooms were lovely too. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!
10/10
The garden and views were so calm and peaceful, and the relaxing massage was a perfect finishing touch. We had a great weekend away. The staff were kind and very helpful, the rooms were spacious and cozy, the spa was great and never crowded, and the food was amazing.
10/10
The best place in town. Great views, a refreshing spa, and a good restaurant.
2/10
We were interrupted three times by other guests during the private spa circuit included in our package. The hotel hadn’t made arrangements to protect our privacy. We also found the bathroom dirty, with poop, even though it was marked “disinfected,” which left me questioning the cleaning elsewhere. We raised it with the staff. They were kind, but didn’t apologize or offer any compensation. The one star is for the kind reception crew. This didn’t feel like a four-star experience.
8/10
There are lots of good walks in the nearby forests and around the lakes, and the hotel has a good restaurant and free parking. We had a very quiet, pleasant three-day stay. The staff were helpful, and the indoor pool and spa were great places to unwind. The only downside for me was that the rooms had radio but no TV stations.
