The location is excellent, and the facilities seem new, perhaps renovated. The staff were nice, and the restaurant was good for dinner. It was worth the money.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. They’d also left slippers and little bottles of water in the room. The room itself felt a bit small, had no view, and the closets were too small for my liking. Some rooms aren’t very accessible: there’s an elevator, but then you still have to go down stairs. That might be manageable with a suitcase, but we had a stroller. They were happy to move us to a more accessible room, which was great. Excellent value for money, in my view.

As always, the receptionist was amazing when I was there on Thursday. She’s friendly, always smiling, and ready to help or sort out any problem. But I was shocked when we went to eat this time. One girl wasn’t in uniform, and served our food with her hair loose and down to her waist. She was vaping while waiting for the dishes. That really surprised me, since I can’t vape as a customer, but a waitress apparently can. There was also a girl with black hair and two red streaks who was wonderful, just like the rest.
