The staff won me over as soon as I checked in. My colleague had booked this relatively new hotel on the outskirts of Madrid, and I wasn't sure what the service would be like. The team did their best to make my stay comfortable. Not everyone spoke English, but they really tried to understand my concerns. Breakfast was fantastic. They arranged vegetarian sandwiches and burgers for me, which I really liked. The room also came with a basket of toiletries in different scents and varieties, fresh grapes on arrival, a box of chocolates as a welcome gift and another when I checked out, free bottled water, wine and cookies. It was practically a free minibar. The staff were helpful and easygoing, and even brought outside food orders right to my room. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended, worth every penny :)

I was looking for a hotel near Monteprincipe Hospital for my parents while my partner was there to give birth to our daughter. I called Javier, and he made everything easy from the start. Since I couldn't be away for more than five minutes, he even brought the keys to the hospital. He was so kind to my parents and me, and gave my partner a box of chocolates to congratulate us on becoming parents. The hotel is perfect: the rooms are large and spotless, and the furniture is brand-new. I'm keeping Javier's contact for the next time I need a place in the area, and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone needing a room near Monteprincipe. Thank you so much for everything, Javier!

Pozuelo de Alarcón was a great base for being near Madrid without staying in the middle of the bustle. H La Cabaña was quiet, and I slept well. The room was clean and had what I needed, and the staff kept checking that I was comfortable. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Javier made the work stay especially easy. He was always ready to help, gave useful recommendations, and paid attention to little things like water, chocolates, or toothpaste whenever we needed them. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast service was amazing. I loved staying here.
