There were seven of us and a cat, and the place still had plenty of room. The layout worked well, and everything was clean. Of the places we stayed in Sierra Nevada, this was the coziest. The administrator was easy to reach and let us check in early when we asked. There’s paid parking inside the building, plus free spaces outside. The bus stop is right in front, and it’s a ten-minute walk to the telesilla that takes you down to the main lifts.

The apartments were badly cleaned, with so much dust, and both the room heater and water heater needed attention. The location is way up at the highest point of Sierra Nevada, far from the slopes, so I had to drive every day and pay extra for parking. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Also, be wary of reviews on Booking and similar sites. They try to get people to give them a 10 if they don’t charge for certain things.

Javi and his colleague welcomed us so warmly. They were friendly, explained everything kindly, and were very well-mannered. The apartment was clean and inviting, with good heating and very comfortable mattresses. I’m very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

Javier and Jose were exceptionally kind and looked after us throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was simple, warm, and practical for a few days skiing with the family and kids. The resort’s management isn't at its best right now, but we’ll definitely be back!
