Everyone's out of their mind, and I'm convinced these reviews are a conspiracy against them. This place is amazing! The room wasn't anything special, but the lobby was awesome and the breakfast buffet was top notch. There's a bar where you can order food they call “snacks.” I got chicken fingers, a whole plate of them, probably the best I've ever had. The service was super friendly and helpful too. They could teach a class on hospitality.

The room was clean, warm and okay, with basic breakfast included in the price. Service was okay too. But the room and hotel need some renovation. Despite what Booking says, there's no luggage storage on departure day after 12, which isn't enough if you're skiing then. There was only one hairdryer in the whole hotel, and we couldn't use it because someone hadn't brought it back to reception after borrowing it.

The staff were the best part: friendly and clearly committed to giving guests a wonderful stay. I'll definitely return. The hotel has lovely facilities and views, and a welcoming, homey atmosphere I really enjoyed. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hot water felt perfect after a long day out. It's also very central, just minutes from everything, with stairs giving quick access to the train station.
