The location is excellent, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room at the top of the building was very small and uncomfortable. Public parking below the hotel is available, but expensive. Hotel security was poor. Our boots were stolen from a faulty locker with a low battery in the ski equipment area, where there was no CCTV. Management had discovered the locker problem but wouldn't accept liability or offer compensation. We reported it to the local police on the day we left. When renting ski equipment, we had been warned not to leave skis or a snowboard unattended because of recent thefts on the slopes and in the resort.

The location is great, though the rooms on the third floor are small.

It's in a very convenient spot, just above the cable cars and with direct access to the parking lot. Rooms were clean, breakfast plentiful and varied, and the staff extremely kind and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

What stood out most was the care we received. I had an accident and was taken alone with my daughters to the hospital in Granada. The staff looked after them, checking whether they wanted food and taking care of everything. They also let me keep the room until the day I left, when they came to pick us up, and we didn't have to pay the full reservation amount. The service was the best I've ever had in a hotel. I don't just recommend it, I doubt there's anywhere better. Other hotels may be more luxurious, but none have more attentive staff. The food was great and the room spotless too.
