Hotel Las Rosas

The staff were friendly, and being able to choose our pillows was a nice bonus, since that’s not usually an option. The room had the usual hotel basics, including a heat pump, nothing fancy. Two things bothered us: the bedside drawer was hard to open, and the heat pump couldn’t warm the bathroom enough.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found the room really cool. Rafa, you’re a 10/10: so sweet, attentive, and friendly. He explained the town really well and suggested places to eat and walk around. I’m glad I stayed here, though it’s a shame we didn’t have longer to enjoy it. My only possible complaint is hearing noise from other rooms, but I think that’s common in hotels.

The location works well for visiting places of interest, and the rooms were clean with nice decor. The gentleman at reception last night was especially kind, friendly, and attentive. The mattresses feel a little old. Being opposite the bus station means there’s quite a bit of noise from people there and from the buses, though noise from neighboring rooms is effectively channeled.

Virginia was especially helpful, suggesting some great bars and places to visit, and the customer service was excellent. I spent a night at this welcoming hotel in Priego de Córdoba with my partner. Our room was very clean, though the shower screens were broken. I’ve no complaints otherwise and would happily come back. Thanks for the hospitality! Small world, too: a friend’s parents were staying there as well.
