Hotel Peñas Juntas

The woman wouldn’t give us a menu or a receipt, and charged us whatever she felt like. She first didn’t give me a paper bill, then brought one that wasn’t even mine, for €41. It wasn’t a huge amount, but how did five chocolates and two sandwiches for a family snack come to €32? McDonald's was cheaper. The man behind the bar and the woman both had awful attitudes. And the food seemed to be swimming in oil that had been used for days. The oil should be changed. I’d rather go hungry. This gets 1/5 only because zero wasn’t an option. If you get the chance to go, DON'T TAKE IT :)

We were in a hurry and wanted to pay at the register, but they rudely refused. They don’t take cards, and there was no toilet paper in the restrooms. Service was incredibly slow, the bartender was extremely rude, and the food cost too much for its quality. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The terrace is nice, but ask what things cost before ordering. There are no prices listed, no menu, and they don’t give you a receipt, so you’re left with a surprise. I can’t tell how much they might be making the prices up.

The worst part was how the staff handled things. They were disorganized, unprofessional, and barely attentive, then at payment they couldn’t even remember what we’d ordered. They don’t accept cards, which they should have told us beforehand, and gave us no receipt. The food itself was mediocre, nothing special. We waited more than an hour for the second course, making this one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. A complete disappointment. We won’t return or recommend it.
