I tried to book an apartment this week by calling the number on the website. I was standing outside the property, where all the blinds were down except on one apartment. They told me there were no apartments available, even though booking platforms showed availability. I explained why I was surprised and disappointed to the manager. I won’t use this option again. About management’s reply: I find it incredible that you suggest external platforms don’t accurately reflect your internal operations. If that’s true, then someone booking through a platform could arrive and have to leave because there’s no apartment available. Is that really what you’re saying? That’s what it sounds like, and I think you have a serious problem with those platforms. I also want to point out that Google reviews are comments and ratings people leave on a business’s Google Business Profile to share their experiences. They’re a kind of digital word of mouth that helps other consumers make decisions and affects a company’s ranking in search results and on Google Maps. The platform doesn’t say reviews are only for experiences inside the establishment, and your business is no exception. I simply described what happened with you, clearly and truthfully. I have every right to do that. I’m sorry management doesn’t like negative reviews or criticism. In my view, they should be a bit more humble, and spend less time answering reviews they dislike and more time improving the quality of service when handling reservations. That’s just my humble opinion. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Pincheiro has the most marvelous garden, cared for down to every last detail, and its peaceful atmosphere is hard to put into words. The apartments are spotless, luxurious, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The hosts are delightful. The tavern is another highlight, with exquisite dishes made from the finest local ingredients. Meats, fish, wines, and José’s croquettes are all prepared with care and fresh to order. Pincheiro is a great choice if you want to unwind and enjoy Galicia, with a perfect location for exploring places of interest. It was an unparalleled experience.

A lovely place in a humble, family-run fishing village, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet and beautiful scenery. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the food exquisite and cooked fresh to order, and the personal service was wonderful. Definitely somewhere I’d return to again and again.
