The view is beautiful and the location very central. This is fine for a low-budget holiday, with no luxury but enough for a place to sleep and rest. If you’re coming to Tenerife to spend time at the hotel, choose somewhere else. The beds were just okay, and I had to change my mattress. The shower head and toilet leaked, and the stove didn’t work. Service was middling: staff tried to help, but not very hard, and it depended on who was working. They did smile and wish me a nice day. Towels were changed daily, though the floor only got a dry clean. 😅 😂 🥰

The breakfast staff member was a really lovely, friendly woman who put us in a good mood for the whole day. That was a bright spot in an otherwise positive stay, though the room cleaning was very disappointing. They didn’t change our bed linen all week, even after we asked several times.

The bathroom window was screwed shut, so there was no way to air it out, and the room smelled of sewage. The bath was dirty, with hair and grime, and the furniture throughout the room was dirty too. The supposed “mountain or sea view” was just rooftops and buildings. The staff were rude and disrespectful. A disgusting, toxic dump.

The room smelled, and the reception staff didn’t seem to care about anything. They describe it as a sea-view room, but it isn’t. I definitely don’t recommend staying here.
