We stayed here last year and had a great time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are kind and accommodating, and the location is very convenient. It’s a short walk downhill to restaurant chains and shops, including salons and supermarkets, and the beach is close too. I’d definitely recommend booking.

The hotel is up a big hill, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We booked a family room with a terrace, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and filling, with plenty of variety. It’s a beautiful, luxurious hotel in a great spot.

The best thing is the view from the top, but this isn’t all-inclusive. Even drinks aren’t covered, so you have to pay for them. There’s also a rooster crowing at six in the morning, so expect to be woken up. The food was average, the shows just okay, and the rooms were dated, with a chance of cockroaches. The shower water was freezing and the rooms were cold in the off season. The location is great and the staff varied, some were great and some poor. Attitude makes all the difference. I’ve stayed in plenty of four- and five-star hotels, so I can easily say this is not four-star quality. It’s a pretty decent three-star place, but not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here with the kids. The new poolside area and Atlantic Splash were a big hit, and our room and the service were great. Dinner and breakfast buffets were good, and the bar prices felt reasonable. Thanks to everyone for a really good stay.

Ten nights flew by, and I wish I’d booked longer. The staff were fantastic, the food was consistently excellent, and I loved the atmosphere and facilities. It was the best solo holiday I’ve ever had in Puerto de la Cruz. I’m already planning to come back next year for two weeks. Thank you all! ❤️
