The warm pool was the highlight, and the staff were very friendly. The facilities were much as we expected, even though the room was a little smaller than the one we’d had at Hapimag before. Parking nearby is the challenge. The resort has no private parking because the town has limited space, usually reserved for homeowners or people with special needs. You have to time it right and take the uphill one-way road, which can be tricky if you’re a foreign visitor. Hotel staff can point you to a place to park, then it’s a short walk back.

We enjoyed our visit thanks to the willing, helpful staff. It’s one of the older Hapimag properties, and getting to the Observatory on Teide means tackling a steep hill. A taxi ride costs a few euros.

I’ve been with Hapimag for over 15 years. This is one of its smaller properties, with a quiet, relaxed feel. The staff were decent, though I’ve had better at other places over the years. It was a good experience and a nice stay.

It’s a decent place, but not the best Hapimag I’ve stayed at. Things look a bit cheap, and getting up the hill without a car is a pain.
