TUI Blue Atlantic Hills

The mountain and sea views all around were beautiful, and we especially loved the jacuzzi on the 9th floor. We’ve just come back from a week here and it’s one of our favourite holidays. On half board, there was a fair choice of food, including vegan dishes prepared daily and a vegan ice cream machine, which was a win. There’s also a pool room you can use for free, a library with games like chess and Scrabble, bars by the pool and inside, three jacuzzis, a regular pool and a small infinity pool. Big thanks to the chefs for helping with our vegan needs, the team running fitness and craft activities, and reception for helping when we had a medical issue. We’d definitely like to return.

We came to Tenerife for the first time and loved it. A big part of that was this cosy, relaxing hotel. The area was one of the reasons I picked it: green, peaceful, and away from the crowds. Room 802 had stunning views from the balcony, and sometimes parrots would join us. The hotel felt new and clean, and everyone was welcoming. We were working remotely, and the internet was good for that. There’s a large free car park a few steps away. If you’re back by 16:30, you should find a space; otherwise, you may wait 10-15 minutes or pay a small fee to park at the hotel. The food was tasty and plentiful, and we ate a lot. We also used the gym, the warm pool, all three jacuzzis, and the spa for several days, which was good. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely stay. Any and Vito :)

We still remember lounging in the infinity pool in the November sunshine and taking in the views over Puerto de la Cruz. The peaceful setting, great scenery and fantastic food made this adults-only hotel an unforgettable winter getaway. We’d happily come back for more winter sun, and it’s already at the top of our list.

The food had plenty of variety, and the staff were welcoming and professional. It’s a very nice hotel with great facilities. The constant attempts to sell extras got annoying, though. The spa costs extra, parking costs extra, and they even charged us for an extra 0.5 L bottle of water. You get the idea.
