Hotel Puerto Azul

The rooftop jacuzzi and the views from up there were great, and I liked the modern rooms. The location suited me perfectly. Staff were really nice, handled my booking well, and were understanding when I had trouble with my credit card details. I had a great stay and will come back.

It's a pleasant hotel right in the city center, but on a quiet street. The room is a little small, though it has everything you need. I'd recommend the breakfast.

The hotel was okay for the price, but I'd only choose it for a short stay. There was mold in the toilets, and I felt it affected my health during my week there. The room AC didn't work properly from midday into the evening. Reception staff smoked under the balconies, so the smell came into the rooms, and only one person spoke English well.

I stayed in a small one-bedroom room for a night, which was just right for me. I got a look at one of the larger rooms with a bigger bed too, and that's the one I'll book next time. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the affordable price made the amenities even more impressive. The rooftop is a hidden gem, with workout machines, sunbeds, and another jacuzzi. I loved having a soak there under the full moon, then going back in the morning with a beautiful view of Mount Teide. In the lobby, unlimited coffee and freshly squeezed juice were a nice treat, whether or not you'd booked breakfast. The location in central Puerto makes it easy to walk to bars and loads of restaurants, a great base for exploring. I'm not a typical tourist since I live just a few kilometers away, but I think it works just as well for locals who've been here for years as for first-time visitors. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a youthful, modern feel. The atmosphere, location, and value made this a wonderful stay.
