We’ve already recommended Pure Salt and would happily return. We stayed five nights. The room was on the small side, as we’d read, but the layout and furnishings made better use of space than most hotel rooms, with plenty of storage. We booked a double, though the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the linen and towels were good quality. Staff were friendly and chatty when language allowed. The restaurant view was spectacular, and the food was nicely presented with a wide-ranging breakfast buffet. The evening team were new and still learning, so service could be slow, but they were keen and friendly. We didn’t mind taking our time while watching the sunset.

Sandra gave me a massage at Pure Salt Port de Sóller, and she was lovely with wonderful hands. I also had a drink and enjoyed the spectacular restaurant views. Ángel, the manager, was attentive and kept everything immaculate. He treats customers exceptionally well. A great place to unwind and be looked after.

We had such a good stay at Pure Salt that we’ll definitely come back. The food was excellent on half board, with a fabulous buffet breakfast and à la carte dinners. When my husband got ill, the staff were brilliant, especially housekeeping. The pool area is lovely, with a great little bar and fresh pool towels available each day. Mia gave us a warm welcome at reception, and the restaurant team were friendly and helpful. Lorena, Victor Hugo, Daniel, Patricia, Estefania and Jonas, thank you for looking after us, and apologies to anyone whose name I’ve missed. We’ve been to Port Soller many times, but this was our first stay here. The hotel looks out over the bay, a lovely spot for breakfast and dinner. Our Mountain View room was as expected from other reviews: small but clean, lots of towels, and the best fridge, which actually kept things cold. We had complimentary water on arrival and would have liked a bottle each day. The balcony was small, but our neighbours were lovely, so privacy wasn’t a concern, though that might be different with other neighbours. The shower cubicle was a little cramped too.

Javier, Patricia, Joan and all the staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile and made our stay fantastic, muchas gracias! The hotel is in a great spot on the quieter side of the bay, with an amazing terrace view.
