The service was excellent throughout, from reception and the dining room to room service and the bars. A big thank you to all the staff. We’ve really enjoyed our 10-day half-board stay in Lanzarote. The gardens are laid out beautifully, though you need to get outside early for the best spots, as more experienced visitors claim them first. There’s an exit onto the promenade for the beach, and after a late swim in the sea it was lovely to return for the saunas and cold plunge before dinner. The gym has plenty of room and equipment. I tried the rowing machine and it was okay. There are two sauna options, at 60 and 90 degrees, plus a steam room and plunge pool. Be prepared to see some naked bodies. Our room was lovely, with a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. Food was superb, with lots of high-quality choices and a different country theme each night on a seven-night rotation. Chefs prepare the hot dishes in front of you, and everything gets refreshed regularly. I’d highly recommend hiring a car for all or part of your stay, as there’s a lot to see and do around the island.

The kids’ facilities were the clear highlight for us. Our 8-year-old went to the kids club every day and loved it, and the animation team was amazing. The warm children’s pool and fun slides were a hit too. I’d recommend the hotel to friends with kids aged 8 and under, or to my parents in their 60s who’d enjoy a relaxed resort where everything is close at hand. We stayed six nights last week, and the experience was a mix. The location is excellent for exploring the island, with doors opening straight onto the beach promenade for easy morning walks and quick outings. The beach town itself is very touristy and doesn’t feel local. Our renovated room was comfortable, and breakfast had a good range of choices for families. Service was the biggest letdown. In six nights, nobody asked if I needed anything or how the stay was going. Staff seemed on edge, and I’m not sure how happy they are working there. There’s no pool service, and some of the small touches were missing. The arcade token machine never worked, which was frustrating on a few rainy days, and one person at the pool towel station was noticeably rude. We had to fetch our own pool chair cushions, something I’ve never had to do at a four-star hotel. The ground is paved with rocks, so walking barefoot around the pool is awful. The hotel seemed short-staffed in places. The breakfast coffee machines weren’t working, leading to long queues, and dirty dishes often sat uncleared in the restaurant and by the pool. It made me wonder how things would be in high season. Some areas also feel dated. The evening entertainment felt aimed at an older crowd, very cruise-ship style, which may suit some guests but wasn’t for us. We’re an active family in our 30s who like going out for meals and exploring, and the resort felt self-contained and geared to a different audience. I’m sure that’s fine for others. We only booked the dinner buffet because of a storm one night and didn’t want to go out in the rain. It cost around 150 euros for two adults and one child, and the food was so bad that the quality didn’t come close to justifying the price. Lunch choices were also limited. There isn’t really a casual snack setup with fries or quick poolside bites. The small sandwiches are actually good, but a simple snack counter or cart at lunchtime or happy hour would be nice. We’re a New York family living in Amsterdam, so we have high expectations around food and hospitality. From a four-star hotel that seems to be positioning itself toward five stars, we expected more attentiveness and better dining, and both fell short. We’ve stayed at more than 10 hotels in Spain, and this would rank near the bottom of the places we’d recommend. Our child loved the pool and kids club, but as adults we found little for ourselves. It could suit families with younger children or older couples after a relaxed all-in resort stay. For active people in their 30s looking for stronger service, atmosphere, and food, we wouldn’t book again. It wasn’t worth 300e+ per night.

Our daughter was so happy in the kids’ club, where she was always well looked after. The mini-disco was a lovely end to each day for her and for us. The animation and miniclub teams did a fantastic job. The whole complex is beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The food was above average for both variety and quality. The children’s area has a pool, slides, a playground, a water playground and baby pool, as well as the kids’ club. Our daughter loved all of it. Everyone we met on staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, and it was clear they enjoyed their work. Special thanks to Noemi, Marcel, Alan, and especially SILVIA AND ALEXANDRA. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll miss you!

The hotel is pleasant and conveniently close to the beach. A lovely touch was the birthday surprise for my son: my husband had arranged it, and the staff decorated the breakfast table beautifully. When we got back that evening, there was a cake in the room, special cards for both our children, and bottles of local pineapple juice. They carried it out wonderfully and made the day feel extra special. The downside is that there’s no food room service, so you can’t stay in and eat in your room while watching a movie when you’re feeling lazy. Breakfast also has few vegetarian choices if you don’t eat eggs.

We’re staying here now, and this is our first visit. We upgraded from a standard room to a superior one directly with the hotel before arriving, and it was definitely worth it. The facilities and grounds are great, with lots of nearby local restaurants and bars. We can’t fault the place and will certainly come back.
