Apartamentos Fayna y Flamingo

The location is brilliant, just 300 metres from the beach, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. Juan and carmen were very helpful at the desk, and the cleaners did the rooms daily, always greeting us with a smile. We’ll be back in October.

I stayed here 12 years ago and still feel the same way about it. The apartments are really nice and in the best location. Ours hadn’t been renovated, but it was perfect for us, chilled out and relaxing. The pool is lovely, though I prefer the beach and didn’t spend much time there. I did find it a bit claustrophobic, but I can see it suits others. The 10 am dash for sunbeds was amusing to watch, with the same people taking the same beds each day. The bar makes lovely, strong cocktails, and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely return soon.

The complex was bright, clean and well looked after, and it wasn’t too busy, so there were plenty of sunbeds by the small-to-medium-sized pool. The location was good too, just off the main strip with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I stayed eight nights in January in apartment 101. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and more than adequate, with a fresh feel and what looked like recent refurbishment. It was cleaned to a high standard every other day, and the bedding was changed after four days. Staff were very good: the manager was helpful and polite, check-in was quick and easy, and the cleaners and maintenance staff always smiled and seemed proud of their work. I had a great stay and highly recommend these apartments.

The place feels private and quiet even though it’s right on the strip. The reception staff are fantastic, and there’s a lovely warm pool and pool bar. I love these apartments and have already booked again for next March.
