The staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome, and my room had a fridge and a nice sea view from the balcony. It stayed cool at night in January, so I didn’t miss having air conditioning, though that might be different in peak summer. The bed was comfortable too. There’s a large pool for swimming and a little one for dipping your feet. I never had trouble finding a sun lounger, and the pool bar next door played a good mix of music. All inclusive covered Amstel on tap and a nice dark rum. The food was especially good, fresh and changed daily. The hotel only has the pool bar, which felt a bit naff in the evening, but lots of busy, cheap local bars are a very short walk away. Free Wi-Fi was the main downside. It didn’t bother me because I had 30gb of free roaming, but it could be an issue for people who don’t. I was very happy with my stay and would come back.

The staff were really professional and efficient, and the hotel was spotless. We had an amazing stay at Ereza Hibiscos, with unbeatable value for money. I’d definitely recommend it for a great getaway, and I can’t wait to return! 🌴

The room was massive, and the staff were really great. It’s well placed near the beach and promenade. I’m not fussy about food and always found something to eat, though as it’s a three-star place, you get what you pay for. The drinks were very palatable. Thanks, Los Hibiscos, for a memorable holiday.

We had a huge ground-floor apartment and it was very quiet at night. Food was plentiful, with an amazing choice, and room service came regularly. I can’t understand the negative reviews. The beach is within walking distance, and we preferred going there, so we only used the pool once. People did reserve the sunbeds, but it was first come, so you had to be quick. Paying for Wi-Fi will annoy some people. Still, we had a great holiday and think the place deserves at least three stars.
