The only things we liked were the view and the pool area, which was okay. Columbus apartments offered us apartment 2A after the host double booked the place we originally booked elsewhere, with less than two weeks' notice. We were told it would be a nice, quiet apartment, but it was neither. Noise from the Irish bar carried on until the early hours. The furnishings need investment too. The chairs, curtains and pillows were stained, and the curtains were ripped. It might suit a stag do, but not a mature couple.

Apartment 4B was spotless and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was fantastic, and it was easy to get to the pool and patio area. Shops and restaurants are close by, thanks to the central location. We had a brilliant stay and will be back!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful gated complex. The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of space and everything we could want, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The pool is just the right size and is cleaned every morning. There's lots of room and plenty of sunbeds for enjoying the sun. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

We were two adults and three kids, and the location couldn't have been better. Right by the main strip and the beach, in the centre of everything. The accommodation and grounds were all well kept, and we couldn't fault the setting. We'll definitely return, for longer next time, and would recommend it.

Ray and Sylvia hosted us in apartment 7A, in this lovely, quiet complex set back from the Avenida. We appreciated the Welcome Pack after travelling: tea, coffee, milk, water, beer and wine were thoughtful touches. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the comforts of home. The beach is nearby, the pool area is spacious, and there are lots of restaurants and bars just minutes from the door. Looking forward to staying again next year.
