We enjoyed our ten-night break in November. The hotel was pleasantly quiet, and the pool area was clean with plenty of beds. Housekeeping did a good job, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's well placed for the seafront beaches, bars and restaurants, with good grocery shops nearby, but be ready for a steep walk back up. Our one-bedroom room was a good size, with a TV, Nespresso machine, hob, fridge, combi microwave and the pots, pans and utensils we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful enough and quiet. There were several maintenance issues: water damage in the kitchen, with doors catching on each other, and loose sealant around the sink; damp and a little mould by the shower, plus a water-damaged sink shelf hanging off the wall; a cracked, water-damaged balcony table and a damaged coffee table; and a bedroom air-conditioning vent that was collapsing. The pool bar was a bit off-key. Music was playing, but one guest kept blasting a TV show from his phone over it. Some staff also seemed to find every order an inconvenience, which was a pity for such a nice facility. The hotel needs some TLC to be a really good three-star resort, but we still enjoyed our break.

A clean, modern apartment that's well equipped and good value, with a free safe. The location is great, the pool was clean and not too cold, and there were plenty of sunbeds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

It's a really quiet complex, and we enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom apartment as a family of four. The place is small, family-oriented, very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location is a big plus, about a 10-minute walk from tourist spots like the beach, shopping centre and restaurants. The pool is on the small side, especially when busy, and the pool bar opened late a few times. Those little issues didn't affect our stay much. We weren't used to a smaller complex, and it took a day or two to adjust to the early bar closing and lack of entertainment. Once we did, that turned out to be a huge plus. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were great. Just be aware that the hotel is up a steep hill from the beach, so it may not suit young families or older travellers. Our issues were with the pool area. People, mainly fellow Brits, were reserving sunbeds early in the morning despite the signs. The pool bar manager also invited a group of friends who weren't staying at the hotel to take over the pool and disturb what had otherwise been a peaceful area.
