Hotel Lanzarote Village

We had a fantastic 10 day holiday as a family of three. The two women running the kids club and evening entertainment for children were brilliant, and their energy was unbelievable. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Our room and balcony were both really big, and the cleaning staff were superb. The whole Hotel Lanzarote Village was spotless. If you're after a relaxing break, you can't go far wrong here.

All inclusive guests have drinks on tap and plenty of buffet choices. The shop is five minutes down the road for things like milk, tea, and coffee. Bring your own tea bags, as there are some in the room, and you'll get fresh bottles of water each day. There's a fridge for milk, and UHT should last a bit longer. The showers have great pressure. The rooms have air conditioning for hot and cold, a balcony to relax on, and UK, Spanish, and EU TV channels. They're very clean and have what you need for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic holiday at the Lanzarote village hotel. The staff, senior and senorita alike, worked hard to meet our needs and gave first class service.

The staff were the best thing about the place. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they really made the holiday so good. I can't praise them enough, and I'd definitely return. The restaurant served superb food with a great range of cuisines, enough to tempt even fussy eaters. Our room was comfortable, cleaned daily, and the pool area was spacious and well laid out. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and inviting. The location was perfect too, with a short walk to the beach and easy transport links to everywhere.

We had the best six days here with the family and I'd definitely come back. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, and there was no rushing for a sunbed. The room was spotless each day, with the beds made. Reception staff were so friendly and the bar team were always polite. The omelettes were lovely. I did think the restaurant food could've been hotter, especially the beans in the morning, but otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel.
