The location is great, right on the strip, and the low price helps offset some of the downsides. The rooms are clean but tired, with no wow factor, and they make the place feel depressing. The pool was cold. I didn't use the kitchen equipment because it looked so dated, and the sheer curtains let in light, so luckily we had a sleep mask. There was no parking nearby. We had to walk at least 5-10minutes from the car and spend a while driving around looking for a space. Save the number to call if you need someone, especially if you arrive late (after 3pm!).

I've been coming to the island for 10 years, and this place is in my top 10 places to stay. The staff, location, and apartment were all great, right down to the cleaning lady, who couldn't have been more helpful. I booked a bedsit and got a two bed apt instead. They rang me twice to make sure I could get in because my flight was late. I stayed for two nights, but you could stay here long term too.

We liked the location, the shower, the apartment size, and having use of the washing machine. Before we arrived, Christine from reception called to go over a few details and was kind and polite. But when we got there around 11:30/12pm, the main reception was locked. We had to look around the complex for help with checking in and leaving our bags, and a maintenance worker let us into the room. The floor was so dirty that after about 5 minutes of crawling around, our twins had black hands, knees, and feet. Most plates in the kitchen were filthy with old food stains, the cupboards were dirty, the outside of the microwave was filthy, and there were dead bugs under the couch. The TV was slanted, with a black spot on the screen that made it hard to watch. No air conditioning is ridiculous. We were all roasting, and it was hard to get the babies to sleep because they were sticky and warm from the heat. The pool area was lacklustre, the pool freezing and shallow, and the loungers stained. My partner said it felt 'eerie', and I agree. It's definitely a budget hotel, but the cleaning standard was very very low and not worth any low price holiday.
