I had a really enjoyable stay at Casas Heddy in September 2025. The rooms were very clean, and staff changed the towels when we asked. Everyone was helpful, too. Breakfast was spot on, with a few choices. If you need a taxi, the staff will call one for you.

The food deserves a mention first, breakfast and dinner were top notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the staff were always happy to help. Michael, who runs activities like aqua gym and walking tours, was especially great and a real credit to Casas heddy. It was a fabulous stay, and I can't recommend the place highly enough. Looking forward to coming back in January 2026.

The rooms were spotless and the food was great. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks to everyone who works there.

Getting around outside the complex was the hard part for us. The surrounding area is very hilly, and my friend’s 27-year-old son uses a wheelchair, so we had to rely on accessible taxis. Sometimes the waits were long, though the hotel staff did all they could to help, and it wasn’t their fault. It might be useful for the complex to have its own accessible vehicle and offer taxi service. Inside, the complex is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. There’s a good choice at breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, plus a great range of lunch and snack options at the pool bar. I was there with my friend and her family.
