The pool area has a lovely feel, lively enough but still peaceful, and there’s a lifeguard on duty all day. The guys are super nice. The staff throughout are always welcoming and helpful, and the cleaning team visits regularly. We’ve just come back from another of our many stays at the fabulous Plaa Azul, which I’d recommend for couples and families of any age. The rooms have what you need. The pool bar is the best I’ve been to, thanks to Colin and Rose. The prices and offers are very reasonable, and the food is great. There are handy shower facilities for people with late flights, though sometimes they’re unavailable if the previous person takes their time. A taxi to or from the airport is €17. It’s close to everything on the strip, with beauty and massage salons, barbers, hairdressers and lively bars just a couple of minutes away. There’s also a large supermarket two minutes away and excellent Wi-Fi on site. Really, Plaza Azul has everything. 10 out of 10.

The location was absolutely brilliant, and the cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond. Rose and the team at JJ's bar were great too. They helped my friend arrange a birthday surprise for me, which made the day special. I’d definitely return and recommend staying here. My only downside was that the balcony didn’t get sun.

The grounds were pleasant, the pool was decent, and the location was good. The room was a letdown, though. We arrived at 1:30am, and the room for three had no sheets or blankets for me on the very uncomfortable sofa bed. I had to use a towel as a blanket. At just under £100 a night, that really isn’t good. It felt like a two-star hotel charging four-star prices.

This was our second stay here this year, and we had a fantastic time again. The pool area is lovely, with a great bar and very reasonable prices. The staff couldn’t be nicer, they’re so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. On our first visit, the bedroom had French doors that opened onto a lovely terrace.

The location was excellent and there are no steep hills. It’s a great place for a few nights, though there could be more space around the pool for the number of apartments, as the pool is big.
