Olivina

The entertainment team were brilliant and worked hard to keep everyone having fun. The evening shows were great, with something different each night and some very good acts. We had a fantastic all-inclusive week, and the food, drinks, and cleanliness were all excellent. I loved staying here, though I’d like the rooms updated quite a bit and the bedroom carpets removed. There also need to be more toilets by the pool, bar, and restaurant, as there are only two for that whole main area.

We had a wonderful week at Relaxia Olivina, and we’d choose it first if we return to Lanzarote, even though we normally don’t repeat hotels. We were travelling with my sister and our two children. Victor gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and made us feel at home. The animation team was excellent, especially Celine, Phillip, and Samuel. Sorry, we’ve forgotten the other names! There was plenty to do for kids and adults during the day, and our evenings at the hotel were always fun. The rooms were tidy and clean, the food was outstanding, and the staff were all very friendly. The entertainment team did a great job running activities and chatting with everyone. I especially enjoyed the cocktail-making events. Madeleine and Sabrina Filipo deserve a mention for their hospitality and creativity. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Great value for money.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and it’s always been a good all-round experience. The beach, sea, and mountain views are fantastic, and there are several pools and restaurants across the large complex. The hotel has a grand feel, with a huge marble lobby, and the food is generally good. Most of the staff are brilliant, especially reception. I did notice one older, larger barman being repeatedly rude to guests, which is a shame given the effort everyone else puts in. The airport transfer takes about 50 minutes, while a taxi to Corralejo is around ten minutes and €8.
