This is a horizontal property complex where we live all year. Some owners are full-time residents, while others bought their units to rent out for holidays. There’s no reception or services such as a bar or ATMs. Each owner who rents a unit is responsible for registering it with the Civil Guard and arranging cleaning, or so we’re told at the one owners’ meeting held at the start of the year. We don’t see it as a holiday resort, since that isn’t what the complex is intended to be.
