Apartamentos Tisalaya

It’s the staff who make this place so good. Juan and the team are brilliant, fun and always willing to help. I’ve stayed many times and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The apartments are spacious and reasonably well equipped, and the pool area is fabulous, with plenty of space and sun all day. The location is great too, a little set back but still within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. I’ve booked two three week holidays for next year.

The apartment was spacious and really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and spotlessly clean. It’s less than 10 minutes to the main strip, though the walk back takes a bit longer because Lanzarote has hills everywhere. Good exercise, or you can walk down and get a cab back up for less than 4 euro. I’d absolutely stay again 🙂

The hills were the one downside, and that’s no fault of the apartments. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and the pool and games room were excellent and well kept. The apartments are bright, airy and spacious, with fabulous views from our 1st floor balcony and bedroom window.

The staff were second to none, really responsive and helpful. They checked on my dad after he fell and helped him get to the airport when he went home. A massive thank you to them all, especially Veronica and Juan. The location is fantastic, the rooms have everything you need and more, and the facilities made for a lovely relaxing holiday.
