Getting customer service was difficult. After seven days, I had to call a few times before they sent a cleaner, and I also had to chase them for fresh towels. I don’t think I’d return. It wasn’t worth the money or the hassle.

We’ve been coming since 2015 and have always been very satisfied. The pools are outstanding, the grounds are kept in great shape, and the interior is well appointed. We’ll be back!
