The rooms were clean and in very good shape, and there was free WiFi. I'd recommend this little hotel, and when I come back, I'd like to stay here again.

Snow delayed my flight, so I told Booking support and the owner I might arrive late. The owner was extremely rude, didn't speak English, and wouldn't make any accommodation. I got to the property at 9:11 PM, exactly 11 minutes after check-in ended, and they refused to let me in. I was left alone on the street until 10:30 PM, trying to find another hotel, and I never got a refund. Leaving a girl by herself like that is disgraceful. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Do not go to this accommodation, it was terrible. My husband was taken to a filthy room with dirty sheets, and there was even a snot stuck to them. There was no fan. When he went out and came back, someone tried to open the doors to get in and steal, but thank God they couldn't. The man in charge is an arrogant old man, like a thug. If you complain, he says you're looking for trouble. Don't go there. Before my husband left, the police arrived because another guest had their things stolen. Booking, it's shameful to have places like this on your site. A terrible experience.

I've never been treated worse. I called to say we'd arrive after 9 pm and was told it was fine, so I hurried to book through Booking.com because I didn't want to lose the room. Then they called again, trying to get me to book directly and pay by Bizum, as if I should trust them. As it turned out, I shouldn't have trusted them through Bizum or Booking.com either. For days they ignored my calls until I tried from another number. Then they said they weren't expecting me anymore and I should forget it and stay in the street. They also said not to come the next night, which I'd already paid for, because I'd lost that night too. They treated me like the bad one for booking through Booking.com. If they don't want bookings through the site, they shouldn't advertise there. I'd give zero stars if I could. I feel scammed, stranded, and out of pocket. We considered going there to complain, but the owner's attitude even made us afraid to show up. After reading the other reviews carefully, I can't say I'm surprised. 0% recommended!
