Bed & Breakfast Descanso y Relax

I was only there for one night, arriving late for work and leaving early. All the rooms were clean and tidy, and the hostess, Maria del Carmen, was especially kind. The morning coffee was wonderful, thank you! 😉

The Booking.com details were often wrong or unclear. The bathroom was private, but outside the room, and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. There was no TV in the room, even though the twin-room description says there is one. The only TV was in the common room. I also waited almost an hour for the keys despite telling the owner my arrival time three times and getting approval. During that wait I couldn’t get in touch with them.

We felt very comfortable. The room and bathroom were lovely, breakfast was fantastic, and the landlady was a wonderful person.

Mari Carmen, the owner, is a sweetheart and makes sure everything is just right. She’ll prepare a fantastic breakfast whenever you ask. We slept better than we had in ages in the super comfortable beds, and spent some wonderful moments on the rooftop terrace. The cleanliness was impeccable. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
