The apartment was roomy and close to the beach, and it came with plenty of towels, a washing machine, and a large fridge freezer. There are a couple of pools in the complex. But the furniture wasn't comfortable, and I didn't sleep well, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. The balcony was covered in pigeon poo. I asked to have it cleaned, but nobody came. There were no basic supplies either, not even washing-up liquid, a sponge, or a dishcloth. I understand laundry powder might not be provided, but I couldn't even wash the glass I'd used. The electrics kept cutting out, so the air conditioning and lights repeatedly went off. I was only there for a couple of nights. If I'd stayed longer, I would've asked to move to a different apartment.

The room was spacious, seemed pretty new, and had a kitchen with everything you'd need for cooking. The apartment was great, but the pool was a little dirty and too small for everyone staying at the hotel.

The gardens looked good, and the gardeners were doing their job. Palm trees everywhere. The pool looked nice, but I never went in. The noise was a problem, though. Who thought loud music from 8.00pm to 10.30pm was a good idea? Parking gets no stars from me. It's the worst parking experience I've had in Spain. The lot is tiny, with only one or two decent spots. You can use the underground parking, but our car got scratched just trying to get in. The entrance path doesn't suit 98% of modern cars, except 4x4s. I'm willing to send them the bill for repairing the front bumper paint. Comfort gets one star. The kitchen was okay, the living room decent, the bedrooms fine, but the TV was worthless and the stiffness and suspension really got to my back. Wi-Fi also gets one star. You can pay for premium, but what's the point? I wouldn't recommend staying here off season if you want peace and quiet.

The owners were wonderful hosts and took care of everything we needed during our few nights in Vera. We'd definitely visit again. Thanks to everyone there for all their help!
