The only catch is the location: there’s no restaurant on site, and you need a short drive to find somewhere to eat or shop. Still, I’d recommend it, especially for the price. The views were amazing, the room was lovely, and everything was spotless and well cared for. The woman working there was so friendly and helpful.

The houses are lovely, with a fireplace and BBQ, and each one has its own jacuzzi. It’s a great spot in the Pyrenees, surrounded by gorgeous scenery. They’re pet friendly too.

We booked the night before, but then torrential rain set in for three days. We had a large 2.7 m rental van, and I wasn’t comfortable driving it in a storm, especially since I didn’t know the van well and the roads get very narrow. We explained what was happening and asked for a refund, or at least a partial one. The place had still been available 24 hours before, so we hoped they might understand. Instead, they were very rude, said the roads were in “perfect condition,” and told us they’d be open until 8 if we decided to get over it and come. They haven’t replied since. This feels like a company that wants your money and doesn’t care about your problems. Do everyone a favor and book with real people.
