10/10
The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and one of the attendants even made me a café con leche. The hotel is very modern, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, with a huge shower that was easy to use. They also supplied toothbrushes and a razor, and there were all the amenities I could want apart from things like a spa or gym. The big downside was the language barrier. No one spoke English, and every TV channel was in Spanish, with no CNN, Euro News, France 24, BBC, or anything like that. If your Spanish is weak, this isn't a good place to stay.

The food was awesome, and both the restaurant and bar were wonderful. It's right in the heart of the city, and the front desk staff were really helpful and spoke good English.

8/10
The restaurant is good and the staff were okay. It's a decent choice for business or a short stay. I wasn't keen on the pillows, and the mattress wasn't ideal for my back pain, but I'd still recommend it overall.

I've stayed here in every season, and the quality is always the same. It's very comfortable, clean, and has excellent services, a place I can count on every time. 👍
