Hotel Mas de Cebrián is a must see ❤️. It’s an ideal spot to escape the city and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery. Our room was large and lovely, with a big bath and a fire place. There weren’t any EV charging points, but they kindly let me plug my electric car into a socket in the restaurant. The food was amazing too.

The staff were very attentive, and the accommodation was comfortable. We enjoyed excellent dinner and breakfast made with local ingredients. There are lovely walks nearby with beautiful views.

We left with mixed feelings. The staff were attentive throughout and the room itself was spacious and very nice, with a great bathtub. But we missed having soap specifically for the tub. The dispensers were fixed to the bathroom wall, so we couldn’t move them. There was no screen on the window, and because everything had been left open before we arrived, we walked into quite a few flies. The bigger disappointment was the gastrobar food. We found it very expensive for what it was, and the quality seemed poor. Everything looked pre-packaged: the salmon had no flavor, the steak tartare was bland, and the dessert came out with a texture like it hadn’t defrosted properly. We expected a more polished experience from a hotel of this caliber, and feel the food should match the rest of the facilities better.

I had a wonderful lunch with friends on Easter Sunday. The staff were spectacular and talked us through each dish, and the food was excellent. Afterwards, I could really unwind, even take a nap on the beautiful, quiet terrace overlooking the view and recharge. Such a charming place and a great find. I’ll be back.
