The salt cave, dry sauna, and spa were the standout for me, such a great spot to unwind. I felt comfortable here and would definitely return. The hotel sits in a small mountain village surrounded by countryside and plenty of forest trails for hiking. The decor and atmosphere are beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, with renovated bathrooms, though they’re not especially luxurious. Renovations are underway, and it looks like new service areas are being built. The business previously seemed focused on cycling and a lot of British tourism. With the new management, it will probably move toward health tourism, fasting, and different therapies starting in June 2019. Honestly, a fantastic place! #LetsGuides #Podiumberg #MyFast

They don’t just welcome pets, they’re wonderful with them. The service was exquisite, and this is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Experienced, wise people can guide you through a fast here, if that’s what you’re after. It’s also a great place to relax, recharge, and eat delicious food made with natural ingredients. Highly recommended!

Such a warm, welcoming place. Great for getting some solitude, clearing your head, and healing, both physically and spiritually.
